Moving to Georgia

Located in the southeastern part of the U.S, Georgia or "the Peach State" was established in 1732 as one of the original 12 colonies. It later became a U.S. state in 1788 and was one of the original confederate states, which was later restored to the union in 1870. The area is renowned for its rich mountains and coastal plane that makes it a great destination for those interested in moving.

The area is home to numerous national parks such as the Little Ocmulgee State Park and Lodge, the Okefenokee Swamp Park and the Rock Ranch.
