Located in the southeastern part of the U.S, Georgia or "the Peach State" was established in 1732 as one of the original 12 colonies. It later became a U.S. state in 1788 and was one of the original confederate states, which was later restored to the union in 1870. Georgia is now home to 9.8 million residents (as of 2009) that is often dubbed "the fastest growing area" and an area with the best quality of life. The area is renowned for its rich mountains and coastal plane that makes it a great destination for those interested in moving.

Local Activities: There is so much to see and do when you relocate to Georgia. The area is home to numerous national parks such as the Little Ocmulgee State Park and Lodge, the Okefenokee Swamp Park and the Rock Ranch. Economy: The economy in Georgia is derived from agriculture such as corn, peaches, eggs, peanuts and cattle.
