Heidi Klum says Auf Wiedersehen to her Beverly Hills pad

May 18, 2011 - Model, actress, hostess extraordinaire Heidi Klum and her singer-husband Seal have put their Beverly Hills home on the real estate market, according to Curbed.

Most recently, the couple and their four children tried to find a place to stay in New York City while Klum films her reality show Project Runway in the coming months. However, the famous family hit a snag in their quest for a rental home, as The New York Post reported last month that the super model's offer to rent three penthouses in the city was turned down by a developer who is holding out for a more long-term tenant. Apparently the family will have to just "make it work" somewhere else this summer.

Hopefully the pair will find more success selling their six-bedroom, ten-bathroom California estate.

The 6,794 square-foot Loire Valley Chateau features walk-in closets, a private stone terrace, a tennis court and pool. The double gated property, which sits on an ample four acres of land, boasts impeccable landscaping and canyon views. Other high-end amenities include a wood paneled library and wine vault. The property is listed at $6.9 million, according to Realtor.com.
