Former pro baseball player Reggie Sanders selling SC beach house

October 4, 2012 - Reggie Sanders list of properties is almost as extensive as his list of teams, however, he appears to be unloading homes across the country. Just last year he added an 8,000-square-foot home in Arizona to the list of homes for sale, but Realtor.com reports his condo in Myrtle Beach has also appeared on the market.

While public records don't reveal how much he paid for the home, he has listed the luxury condo with a $1.3 million price tag. Despite having not played for a team in South Carolina, he is originally from the neighboring city of Florence, and likely invested in the property to have a home near his family and friends.

With 2,700 square feet of living space, the condo offers three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and views of the ocean. The waterfront location and building amenities including private elevators and top-of-the-line security.  Other features of the home that should have buyers moving boxes in in no time include an open floorplan, a private outdoor terrace, and a spa-like master bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi.
