Actress Reese Witherspoon selling California home

September 18, 2012 - Celebrity real estate sites report that Reese Witherspoon may be moving boxes out of the ranch actor Rob Pattinson recently retreated to as it has appeared on the market for sale. Public records show she purchased the home back in 2008 for an undisclosed amount, while it has been listed for sale for $10 million.

Libbey Ranch, located in Ojai, California was built in 1923 as stables, however the property has since been expanded to include a two-story main house, three separate cottages and a carriage house. The separate structures are spread out across the 7 acres of land, which also includes a barn and stables.

The main house offers four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and numerous upgrades including Spanish tiles, wooden floors and original stonework. Other notable features include beamed ceilings, multiple fireplaces and a library. The guest cottages, which provide an additional five bedrooms, are perfect for hosting friends and family members who stay after attending a gathering on the property.

While it has not been reported where Witherspoon will be relocating with her husband, they may have trouble moving boxes into a home that is as popular with architecture and interior design publishers, as the home has been featured in numerous magazine and online articles.
