Charlie Sheen moving in to new Beverly Hills home

May 16, 2011 - Troubled actor and Torpedo of Truth wielder Charlie Sheen took a moment out of his eventful life to do something ordinary - Sheen purchased a $7 million home in Beverly Hills, according to AOL Real Estate.

The former Two and a Half Men star has been a constant subject of tabloid fodder as of late due to his complicated love life and very public struggle with addiction. It was recently reported by CNN that CBS, the network that produces Two and a Half Men, was seeking to replace Charlie. Hugh Grant was initially offered the role, but after he turned it down, CBS went knocking on Ashton Kutcher's door. According to the news source the actor officially signed on to replace Sheen last week.

The Mediteranean style home has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms and is situated in Mulholland Estates, a gated community. Redfin, the real estate company that sold the house, notes that the property was recently renovated, so Charlie won't have to worry about home repair and maintenance. There is also a pool and an outdoor bar to entertain guests and goddesses alike.

There is no word yet on how the rest of the neighborhood feels about Sheen and his entourage moving in.
