Finding Homes in the Newspaper

Every weekend the real estate section of the local papers are full with listings of homes for sale. These may also be in the local papers during the week, however, the majorities are listed in the weekend papers, as this is when most people get to sit and browse through the papers. Look through these and if you see anything of interest mark it and see if there is an open house. Most open houses are during the weekend when people have time to show their homes. Check with your agent to find out how long the home has been listed. The longer it has been listed, the more motivated the seller may be.
