Justin Long struggling to sell L.A. home

April 6, 2011 - Actor Justin Long has been forced to cut the price on his Los Angeles home yet again, and it's now on the market for more than $300,000 less than he paid for it when first moving in.

Reports say Long initially bought the home for $1,999,000 in 2007, and chose to list it about two years later for the same price. Unable to catch a buyer's interest, Long reduced the home's price to roughly $1.89 million, but the home again failed to attract buyer interest.

He de-listed and re-listed the property in December of last year, putting the home on the market at around $1.79 million. However, even that drastic price cut wasn't enough to make any buyers call their moving company, and Long was forced to cut its price again in March, to $1,649,000.

Additionally, a report in the Real Estalker said Long's had a history with real estate troubles. In May 2007, he unpacked his moving boxes at a Hollywood Hills home priced at $1.45 million, but sold it two years later at just $1.2 million.
