Ozzy and Sharon need a moving company in the Hidden Hills

June 30, 2011 - Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon are packing up their puppies and moving out of their Hidden Hills home, which they just put on the California real estate market for $12.999 million, according to the Real Estalker.

The decision to sell comes one month after the property, which designer Martin Lawrence-Bullard took great pains to design and decorate, was featured in Architectural Digest.

The Osbournes went against the grain in their renovation projects and downsized, removing bedrooms to make way for walk-in closets and a study fit for the prince of darkness, the source reports.

The spread is currently listed as a six-bedroom estate with 10 full bathrooms and four partial baths, according to Sotheby's International Realty, the real estate agents selling the home. Each bedroom is a suite with attached bathroom, and a foyer with a dramatic spiral staircase and floor to ceiling windows welcomes guests into the cozy feeling mansion.

The private home is in a gated community and the outdoor space is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The backyard features sweeping green lawns, side-by-side pools, a barbecue area, outdoor shower and spa, according to the source.
