Kate Walsh re-listing in Los Angeles

September 26, 2011 - "Private Practice" actress Kate Walsh has placed her Los Feliz home on the real estate market for a second time, according to the Real Estalker.

Walsh, who also took a turn on "Grey’s Anatomy" before branching out, has been trying to sell her estate since her marriage to producer Alex Young dissolved in late 2009. The actress originally called the moving company and made the space available to homebuyers for $4.29 million and recently chopped the price to $3.9 million, the source explains.

The Spanish-style home was built in 1929 and retains many of its original features, including wrought iron hand railings, arched windows and a tiled main hall. The two-story main house also includes four bedroom suites, including a master bedroom that has two walk-in closets, The Los Angeles Times reports.

Additional amenities include a wine room, a media room, five fireplaces and a home gym. The main house features an open living room that extends to a modern kitchen perfect for entertaining. After moving day, the new homeowners can also enjoy the swimming pool, spa, outdoor fireplace and barbecue area, according to the source.
