Estella Warren moving out of her Beverly Hills home

June 3, 2011 - Actress and former model Estella Warren is calling the moving company and clearing out of her Beverly hills home, according to the Zillow Blog.

Warren, who starred in the sci-fi remake of Planet of the Apes, was recently arrested on multiple charges in California after crashing her Prius into several parked cars. The former synchronized swimmer fled the scene and allegedly tried to evade arrest, the Chicago Sun Times reports. Warren will be appearing in court in relation to the incident on June 14.

In the meantime, Warren's home is on the real estate market for just under $1.5 million. Built in 1959, the home has 3 bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms and sits on nearly a quarter acre of land, according to the Zillow Blog. The property was recently remodeled and reflects a Contemporary Regency style. Hard wood floors and french doors give the home an airy feel, and an extensive garden and pool make the outdoor area lush and relaxing .

Though the home is quaint by Hollywood standards, it sits on a private cul-de-sac, which is ideal for homebuyers looking to settle down in a quiet neighborhood.
