Nancy Sinatra sells long time home in Beverly Hills

November 10, 2011 - Nancy Sinatra, daughter of Frank Sinatra, has sold her home in Beverly Hills for $5.3 million. The property was only on the market for 45 days and originally listed at $5.995 million.

Sinatra not only inherited the family name, but also the voice. She found fame on her own in the music world and is most known for her song These Boots Were Made for Walking as well as Bang Bang, which she is known to have performed for soldiers in Vietnam.

The 8,085-square-foot home has five bedrooms and sold in the millions, but AOL reports that the home was to sold “as-is” without any details of what may need fixing. The house has high-ceilings, a bar and lounge area, wood-burning fireplaces.

Frank’s former California home is still for sale, currently listed at a substantially higher price of $23.5 million. The 8,631-square-foot home sits in Bel-Air on nearly two-and-a-half acres of land and has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. In Nancy’s tell-all book,Frank Sinatra, My Father, she writes extensively about her memories of time spent in this home.

The property has not been on the market in over 50 years, so it shouldn’t be long until someone is moving boxes into Frank’s former home.
