Soap opera star Michelle Stafford moving out of Los Feliz home

August 17, 2012 - The Los Angeles Times reports daytime TV actress Michelle Stafford may be calling for moving company estimates as her home in Los Feliz has been sold. She originally listed the home for sale in 2011 for $2.449 million, despite having paid $2.525 million back in 2007, but the news source notes it sold for just $2.145 million.

Stafford is best known for her role on The Young and the Restless, which began in 1994 and earned her a daytime Emmy. While it has not been reported if she will be relocating, she may choose to stay in the area.

The Mediterranean-style home was built in 1933 and was designed by Horatio W. Bishop. Original features including painted beamed ceilings and stained glass windows are still present in the home, in addition to a number of upgrades that make the home suitable for any celebrity.

With 4,533 square feet of living space, a master suite, four bedrooms and five bathrooms, it shouldn't be long before the new owner is moving boxes in.
