Producer Terence Winter selling Beverly Hills home

June 7, 2012 - Boardwalk Empire producer Terence Winter may be calling for movers as Realtor.com reports he has listed his Beverly Hills home for sale. While it has not been reported how much he paid for the home, it has appeared on the market with an asking price of $6.5 million.

Winter has found fame as the executive producer of multiple hit HBO television series including Boardwalk Empire and The Sopranos but has also worked on films including Brooklyn Rules and Get Rich or Die Tryin.

The Mediterranean-style home was was built in 1928 and sits on just over a quarter acre of land. With 5,775 square feet of living space, potential buyers will be moving into a six-bedroom, six-bathroom home that also has many celeb-status upgrades. Some notable features of the home include hardwood flooring throughout, a wet bar, wine room, a library and a pool and patio area.

Fans of Winter may be surprised to hear he is moving out of his longtime home, but the site notes he may stay in the Los Angeles area as the third season of Boardwalk is about to begin.
