Olivia Wilde moving up in Hollywood and moving out of her Venice home

May 4, 2011 - Olivia Wilde, a 27-year-old actress and star of Tron: Legacy and House, has put her three-bedroom, three-bathroom, $3 million beach house on the market, according to Hollywood Today.

The actress purchased the home last year with estranged and soon-to-be-ex-husband Tao Ruspoli, according to The Real Estalker. The couple has been married for eight years and their split was reported by TMZ in March. They have no children, and the petition, which was filed by Wilde, cited irreconcilable differences.

Listed as a Cape-style home, the property was recently renovated by Los Angeles Architect Adam Wheeler and reflects the eclectic Venice arts community. The house has a spacious, glassed-in addition, and the galley kitchen is brand new, clad in white oak with open shelving and a breakfast nook. Because the house is so move-in-ready, it's no wonder its sale was pending after just two days.

No word yet on where the newly single Wilde will be relocating, but rumors are swirling that the actress is dating co-star Justin Timberlake. Perhaps she will be moving to a bachelorette pad in the crooner's neighborhood.
