NBA star LaMarcus Aldridge moving out of Texas home

July 17, 2012 - Realtor.com’s celebrity real estate blog reports that Portland Trail Blazers center-forward LaMarcus Aldridge may be needing moving services as he has listed his home in Southlake, Texas, for sale. He reportedly purchased the home used, during his offseason, for $1.64 million just last year but has relisted it with a slightly higher asking price of $1.749 million.

According to the source, the home was built in 2007 and offers 6,950 square feet of living space including five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Other notable features of the home including a billiards room, a home theater and a game room should have another celebrity interested in moving boxes into the house.

Photos of the home showcase a contemporary interior design, while outdoor amenities include a fireside seating area, a barbecue station, outside dining, a large swimming pool, hot tub and rock waterfall.

While it has not been reported where Aldridge will be relocating to when not in season, Realtor.com notes the Texas native has been unloading real estate since 2009 when he sold his home in Lake Oswego, Oregon, followed by listing another home located in Irving, Texas, for sale in 2011.
