NBA guard Jason Terry moving out of Atlanta home

May 31, 2012 - Realtor.com reports that Dallas Mavericks player Jason Terry may be calling for movers as he has listed his Atlanta home for sale. While it has not been reported how much he paid for the contemporary property, it has appeared on the market with an asking price of $1.89 million.

Terry began his basketball career with the Atlanta Hawks in 1999 before being traded to the Mavericks in 2004. As his six-year contract with the NBA team is coming to an end, he has yet to be offered another contract, meaning he may be relocating again.

The estate was built in 2000 and sits on nearly an acre of land offering 6,325 square feet of living space including seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms. According to the listing, the home has amenities ranging from a private barber shop/beauty salon, a movie theatre and an oversized wet bar, perfect for entertaining friends. Other notable features of the property include a large backyard with an outdoor fireplace, swimming pool and a covered patio.

It has not been reported if Terry will be moving boxes into a new home in Texas or if he's holding off until the off-season to see where he's relocating to.
