Music producer Terry Lewis selling beach house in Malibu

April 25, 2012 - Celebrity news sites report that music producer Terry Lewis may need movers soon, as he recently listed his home in Malibu for sale. Sources say the estate has come on the market with a $4.5 million asking price.

Lewis is best known for working with a variety of artists including R&B stars Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige, Prince, Usher and more recently Rihanna. He and his songwriting partner Jimmy Jam won won Grammys in 2006 for work with Yolanda Adams and again in 2007 when they collaborated with Chaka Khan.

The Spanish-style home was built back in 2001 and sits on nearly an acre of land offering 6,700 square feet of living space with an open floor plan including five bedrooms. Some notable features of the estate, such as the media room, gourmet kitchen and palm tree-lined pool, should have buyers packing moving boxes in no time.

It has yet to be reported where Lewis is relocating to, but he may stay in California where recording is popular.
