Lost star Matthew Fox moving out of Manhattan Beach home

March 22, 2012 - The Los Angeles Times reports that actor Matthew Fox may need movers, as he recently listed his home in Manhattan Beach for sale. Records show he purchased the home back in 1999 for $880,000 and has put it on the market with an asking price of $1.995 million.

Fox has starred on both the big and small screens, in films including We Are Marshall and Vantage Point but is best known for his role as Jack Shephard on the hit television series Lost. His next project is the upcoming thriller Alex Cross.

The times reports that the Spanish-style home was built in 1927 and offers around 2,500 square feet of living space including four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Other notable features of the home include two fireplaces, arched doorways, a wooden staircase and views of the ocean.

While is has not been reported where Fox is relocating to, he spent a lot of time living in Hawaii while filming and seems to like the lifestyle of coastal living.
