Javier Bardem, Penelope Cruz moving out of LA home

April 12, 2011 - It appears celebrity couple Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz are looking to hasten their moving plans this spring, as the actors have cut the asking price on their Los Angeles home.

Bardem and Cruz originally put the property on the market at $3.695 million, according to ShelterPop.com, however recently they've decided to chop that price down to $3.15 million. It was originally Cruz' home, though she now shares it with husband Bardem and their new baby. The report says they've apparently outgrown the property and are ready to begin relocating to a larger home for their growing family.

The person hiring a moving service and buying the home would enjoy three bedrooms and four bathrooms in a property that covers 3,334 square feet. Built in 1956, the modern-style home also includes hardwood floors throughout, a swimming pool, spa and hot tub and an open patio.

The couple has led a fairly secretive private life. According to Popeater, they would merely refer to one another as "friends" before they were quietly married last summer. Additionally, they've kept the gender and name of their child under wraps.
