Hire a moving company and buy the '90210' house

April 15, 2011 - Buyers dreaming of moving to a piece of television history could purchase the beach house featured in the classic '90s drama "Beverly Hills, 90210."

The home, located in Hermosa Beach, California, has hit the market for $8.9 million, which is actually a bargain considering its original listing price of $10 million, according to various reports.

The person unpacking their moving boxes at the property shouldn't be surprised if the interior doesn't look just the same way it did when Donna, David and Kelli were sharing their new oceanfront "apartment" on the show. Reports say the single-family home's exterior was used to represent the rental building the three characters stayed in, while the interior scenes were filmed elsewhere.

Still, the person relocating to the home would enjoy quite a few amenities. The property takes up 2,868 square feet of floor space and includes a personal beach that's 135 feet long.

The buyer also shouldn't be thrown off if they notice strangers standing on the street outside, snapping photos of their home. Reports say diehard fans of the cult classic often make visits to see the home up close.
