Former Utah home of The Bachelorette winner Jef Holm listed for sale

July 25, 2012 - As if celebrity magazine and websites weren't already buzzing about Jef Holm and Emily Maynard of The Bachelorette, celeb real estate sources say Holm's childhood home has appeared on the market for sale. While the property has been on and off the market in recent years, the $3.39 million asking price has yet to change.

Maynard, a previous winner of The Bachelor, went on to become the season 8 bachelorette and chose Holm in the final episode. Holm is an entrepreneur and founder of People Water. It has not been reported where the newly-engaged couple will be relocating to, but his family has not lived in the recently listed mansion for years.

With 15,794 square feet of living space, the house offers nine bedrooms, eight-and-a-half bathrooms and numerous luxury amenities that should prompt buyers to seek out moving services soon. The gated property includes three acres of land with an infinity pool, a spa, two outdoor cooking areas, multiple sports courts and a mini-golf course.
