Former NFL star Terrell Owens facing foreclosure in Dallas

February 27, 2012 - Real estate site RealtyTrac reports that football star Terrell Owens may need moving services for his two homes located in Dallas, Texas as the former Dallas Cowboys player is facing foreclosure. The source reports that he is delinquent on two separate loans, one worth $360,000 and another of $295,920.

The first condo is located in the Azure high rise complex in Dallas, where celebrities Khloe Kardasian and Lamar Odom recently moved into. The unit is reportedly set to be auctioned off in early March. Some notable amenities of the building include a private movie theatre, a library, resort-style pool and spa and waterfalls.

The other condo is reportedly less than three miles away on Dallas' busy Commerce street and offers 2,223 square feet of living space including two bedrooms and three bathrooms. RealtyTrac reports the second condo is scheduled to be auctioned off the same date, allowing someone to start moving boxes in for a discounted price.

Many find it hard to believe he fell into foreclosure by accident as he was previously one of the highest paid wide receivers in the National Football League. He signed a four-year contract with the Cowboys in 2007 valued at $34 million but was released after playing with the team for two years due to his infamous behavior on and off the field.
