Actor T.R. Knight again lists Los Angeles home

April 11, 2011 - T.R. Knight has tried several times to sell the Los Angeles home he's been moving out of, and a report says he's giving it another shot this month.

Knight has re-listed the property - located in LA's Los Feliz area - for $2.7 million, according to the real estate blog RealEstalker. He had originally put the 1930s Tudor home on the market last September at an asking price of $3.9 million, but was forced to reduce that amount two times before finally taking it off the market in December. The $1,295,000 price reduction represents a serious buying opportunity for anyone wanting to hire a moving company and purchase the property.

The report says the new price also represents a $212,000 reduction from what Knight originally paid for the property when he was relocating in during the fall of 2007. The 4,518-square-foot home features classic furniture and architecture throughout, and includes four bedrooms and three bedrooms.

Knight is perhaps best known for his former role as George on the popular primetime drama Grey's Anatomy, though he left the show in 2009.
