Jennifer Connelly's Tribeca apartment off the market

April 18, 2012 - The New York City pad of actress Jennifer Connelly and husband Paul Bettany has been taken off the real estate listings, which could mean the pair is hiring moving services and officially heading elsewhere - or at the very least, offloading one of their several homes.

At the beginning of the year, the married couple put their Tribeca penthouse up for sale for a tag price of nearly $8.5 million - chump change, really. It now appears somehow with enough cash money has decided to purchase the high-priced home.

The property is quite the catch for whomever made the big splash in NYC, as it has 4,100 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Additionally, the fancy residence offers a nice view of the Hudson River that the new owners are sure to enjoy from time to time.

One of the potential reasons for the stars' reasons for offloading the property could be the pending arrival of another child, as Connelly is pregnant. Where the two are headed - out of the city? Los Angeles? - is unknown, but they're sure to be looking for space for their new baby.
