Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys looking to flip NYC condo

March 20, 2012 - A duplex penthouse in New York's SoHo neighborhood - rumored to be owned by Alicia Keys and her husband, music producer Swizz Beatz - is now back on the market, meaning the couple may be looking for a moving company in the coming weeks.

The couple has reportedly listed the property for a sales price of nearly $18 million - a far cry from the $12.75 million they paid for the property back in 2010. While the property has been officially owned by a trust since then, it's widely believed the musical couple were the actual residents.

The duplex penthouse - which also has a rooftop terrace for good measure - has more than 6,000 square feet of space, at least four bedrooms as well as four full and four half baths. The listing photos also display an expansive dining area with seating for 12 in a room with expansive skylights covering the roof.

Movers at the penthouse have seen a number of celebrity owners in recent years. Before it was home to the couple, the penthouse was owned by singer and "Hunger Games" star Lenny Kravitz. He originally listed it for $17 million in 2002 before dropping his price.
