Amy Smart moving out of bachelorette pad

June 21, 2011 - Actress Amy Smart, who recently became engaged to HGTV star Carter Oosterhouse, has put her Beverly Hills home on the California real estate market, according to the Zillow Blog.

The Los Angeles native burst onto the scene in the late 1990s in films like Varsity Blues and Road Trip. However, Smart worked as a model and appeared in several small screen roles before garnering notice at the box office, according to IMDB.

Built in 1949, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home has benefited from recent home repair and maintenance projects, which may or may not have been helped along by Smart's handy-man future husband. An updated kitchen and bath add allure for homebuyers who do not want to undertake renovations on their own. The master bedroom suite features a fireplace and the home is fitted with hardwood floors and spacious closets. A pool, brick patio and glass conservatory round out the property, according to the Zillow Blog.

Smart purchased the home in 2002 for $699,000 and is now selling it for $1.399 million, according to the source.
