Wayne Brady needs a deal on moving services in Sherman Oaks

September 12, 2011 - "Let's Make a Deal" host Wayne Brady needs a moving company in Sherman Oaks, where he has just put his home on the real estate market, according to The Los Angeles Times.

Brady purchased the property in December of 2005 from former television regular Melissa Joan Hart. The funny man paid $2.55 million for the home and is now making it available to homebuyers for $2.19 million, which means he stands to lose upwards of $350,000 on the property, the San Fernando Valley Blog reports.

The Mediterranean-style home has ample space for the new owners to occupy after moving day, with five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 5,468 square feet. The luxurious front entryway opens to a spacious living room with a fireplace for chilly nights and floor to ceiling windows that let plenty of light in, The Rodeo Realty Journal explains.

A modern kitchen features granite countertops and custom-built cabinetry. Home chefs can also enjoy state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry and plenty of space to entertain dinner guests. The master suite has a sitting area with a built-in media center for the buyers to relax in after moving day, the source reports.
