Kelsey Grammer is moving out of Colorado

October 19, 2011 - Kelsey Grammer is in need of a moving company in Colorado, among other places, where he is attempting to sell his slope-side hideaway, according to the Zillow Blog.

Grammer is selling the property as part of his divorce settlement with ex-wife Camille, a cast member of "The Real Housewives of Orange County." The home is available to potential buyers for $7.5 million, the source reports.

Built in 2002, the home sits on 1.67 acres of land and boasts 8,500 square feet of living space. The sprawling estate features a bevy of floor to ceiling windows through which the new homeowners can view the sweeping landscape. A double-height living room features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams and a stone fireplace to heat things up after a long day of skiing, Realtor.com reports.

An intricate spiral staircase connects the home's upper levels and a modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone flooring and marble countertops. A breakfast nook is perfect for a quick bite in the morning and a three-car garage provides ample parking for guests. The new homeowners can also enjoy a spacious wine cellar and hot tub after moving day, the source explains.
