John Rich wants a new neighbor in Nashville

September 1, 2011 - John Rich, one half of the country duo Big & Rich, is taking applications for neighbors in Nashville, Tennessee, where he has put his first ever home on the real estate market, according to Taste of Country.

The singer and "Celebrity Apprentice" contestant has hired a crack team of real estate agents to help him find a new homebuyer for his old home, which sits next door to the "dream home" Rich recently finished construction on. The musician bought the home in 2005 and is now selling it for a mere $579,975, according to the Zillow Blog.

Built in 2005, the home is on the outskirts of Nashville and includes four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and 2,712 square feet of living space. The gated three-story home has a custom-built kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and silestone countertops, the source reports.

Outside, the new homeowners will find ample space to relax after moving day, including a covered outdoor dining area and fire pit. Inside, residents will find several fireplaces, hardwood floors and walk-in closets, according to the source. If the property and price are not incentive enough, Rich even says he will come by when the moving company is done unpacking and crack a bottle of champagne with the new owners.
