Cox-Arquettes are splitting and selling in Beverly Hills

September 14, 2011 - While Courtney Cox and David Arquette head toward divorce, the luxury property-buying public may be eagerly awaiting the arrival of their Beverly Hills, California, home on the real estate market, according to Curbed.

The couple, who had been together for 12 years, purchased the home in 2004 for $5.45 million. It is now speculated that the property will be made available to homebuyers for $20 million, meaning that the pair could have a substantial amount of capital to split after all is said and done, the source explains.

The home was designed by notable architect A. Quincy Jones in the latter half of the 1950s and has three bedrooms and six bathrooms. Los Angeles architect Cory Butler undertook a number of home repair and maintenance projects in the estate in the style of Jones, whom he wrote a book about, according to the Real Estalker.

The single-story spread has 4,994 square feet of living space and sits on just under one acre of land in the lower Trousdale Estates section of Beverly Hills. The home boasts views of the Los Angeles skyline and has a modern circular pool and sunbathing area for the new homeowners to enjoy after moving day, the source explains.
