Country sweetheart Taylor Swift is flipping out in Nashville

July 15, 2011 - Tween favorite Taylor Swift is in need of moving services in Nashville. That is because the fair-haired songstress has put her recently purchased Nashville estate back on the real estate market in Tennessee, according to the Real Estalker.

Swift reportedly bought the home for her parents, Andrea and Scott Swift, in March. The Grammy winner payed $1.4 million for the home, and had been bouncing back between Los Angeles - where she recently purchased her own home - and Nashville to visit Mom and Dad all spring, according to US Magazine.

Built in 1925, the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom home has 4,929 square feet of living space. The property is enveloped by a circular driveway that leads to a two-car garage and a sweeping lawn. Vaulted ceilings and exposed trusses add character to the space, while a rear terrace allows homeowners to appreciate the home's country-perfect view, according to the Real Estalker.

While most people are ready to take a hit on their real estate at present, it seems Ms. Swift is more idealistic about her selling prowess. The home has been re-listed for $1.45 million - a slight increase from the purchase price, according to the source.
