Avril Lavigne moving out of Bel Air mansion

May 18, 2011 - Recently divorced pop princess Avril Lavigne is selling her Bel Air mansion for $9.5 million, according to the Real Estalker.

Lavigne bought the house with ex-husband and Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley shortly after their marriage in 2006. The couple's divorce was finalized in November of last year, according to E! Online. Lavigne is reportedly dating Hills star and Kardashian relative Brody Jenner, while Whibley has been spotted with model Hannah Beth Merjos, according to the news source.

The Mediterranean-style home has eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms. There are four bedroom suites and an opulent master suite with a kitchenette, breakfast area, two walk-in closets, two bathrooms, a fireplace and a patio, according to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the real estate company listing the property. With all of those bedrooms, the new homeowners will have plenty of room to raise a family, or take on renters.

With sweeping canyon views, the house serves as a picturesque place to settle into. The home also features a wine cellar, gym, spa, sauna, outdoor kitchen and barbecue as well as a 10-car garage.
