Andie MacDowell is moving on in North Carolina

October 21, 2011 - Actress Andie MacDowell is in need of a moving company in Asheville, North Carolina, where she has placed her long-time home on the real estate market, according to Business Insider.

The mother of three, who has appeared in films such as "Sex, Lies, and Videotape" and "Green Card," appears alongside Dennis Quaid in the upcoming remake of "Footloose." MacDowell is also a native of North Carolina, and she is making her Tudor-style home available to homebuyers for $4.5 million, the Zillow Blog explains.

The four-story home has six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms and 9,800 square feet of living space for the new owners to spread out in after moving day. While the home may look like it was pulled out of the annals of history, it was actually constructed in 2002 and as such, features every modern amenity. This includes a modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, hardwood floors and a wood-burning fireplace, the source reports.

The home, which sits on a 1.89 acre lot, also offers ample exterior space and boasts brick walkways and English-style gardens. Inside, Arts & Crafts and Art Nouveau details add charm and character to the space, which was featured in Carolina Home & Garden, according to Realtor.com.
