The Day of the Flight
Check in with your pet at an earlier time than you usually would to prevent any complications with the airline.
Feed your pet 5 hours before the flight and to give them water 2 hours before.
Administer any medications your pet needs prior to the flight.
Don’t forget to give your pet its favorite toy or snack for the flight. It may begin to feel anxious, especially during a long flight, and this will help soothe your pet.
