Plunger

The common plunger with the broomstick handle can be used.

Follow these steps…
  1. Remove the stopper if there is one.

  2. If you find hair or soap scum, clean out the stopper and remove any debris, flush with clean water.

  3. Stuff a wet rag into the overflow holes to plug them up. The will also help with suction.

  4. Fill the tub with a few inches of water to partially cover the plunger head. This helps ensure you get airtight suction.

  5. Push the plunger down and pull it up forcefully.
