Pro skateboarder Rob Dyrdek lists Hollywood Hills home for sale

May 16, 2012 - Fans of pro skateboarder and reality television star Rob Dyrdek may be sad to hear he is moving out of his compound in Los Angeles. Public records show he purchased the home back in 2008 for $2.459 million, while Realtor.com says it has appeared on the market with an asking price of $2.599 million.

Dyrdek is well-known in the skateboarding community, riding for DC but found new fame when MTV gave him his own reality show, Rob & Big. Since the show ended, he has become the host of another hit MTV show, Ridiculousness.

According to the site, the home offers 4,706 square feet of living space including five bedrooms and five bathrooms and offers a contemporary-style despite Dyrdek's decorating abilities. The home is expected to attract buyers with its 20-foot ceilings, sleek design and other amenities including an outdoor patio and pool.

While is has not been reported where Dyrdek will be relocating to, he may choose to stay in the Los Angeles area where he frequently hangs out with friends and family.
