Justin Bieber may need movers for new mansion in Los Angeles

March 5, 2012 - Real estate site Zillow reports that teenage pop singer Justin Bieber recently purchased a home in Los Angeles as a gift to himself for his 18th birthday. He reportedly paid $10.8 million for the mansion and is expected to be moving in sometime soon.

Bieber was recently ranked as the second best paid celebrity under the age of 30 on Forbes list, having earned $53 million last year. He is also dating another teen singer, Selena Gomez, and gossip magazines have begun circulating the two will be living together.

The site speculates that the couple may have to delay moving services as Ashton Kutcher has reportedly been renting the home for $50,000 each month.

The modern-style home reportedly offers 9,400 square feet of living space including five bedrooms. Other notable features of the home include its architecture, designed by Jeffery and Rochelle Mills of Mills Studio, who used glass and steel to make the home stand out from other properties in the hills of Los Angeles. Zillow says the home also has glass chandeliers, a gourmet kitchen, a gym, massage room and large outdoor spaces for entertaining guests.
