Former Von Dutch CEO moving out of Beverly Hills home

March 14, 2012 - The Los Angeles Times reports that former Von Dutch executive and clothing designer Tonny Sorensen may need movers, as he recently listed his home in Beverly Hills for sale. The estate, built in 1961, is currently on the market for $6.9 million.

Sorensen is best known as the former CEO of Von Dutch and more recently he launched another clothing brand, CCR, that has become popular with celebrities such as Katy Perry.

The single-story home sits on a half-acre of land and offers 6,000 square feet of living space including four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Other features of the home include a swimming pool, sauna, multiple fire puts and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue pit.

The Times notes that Sorensen and family are relocating to a large property in the Three Rivers area, as he reportedly purchased around 700 acres of land there that he plans to turn into a resort while building a 7,000 to 8,000-square-foot home for himself.
