Foo Fighters star Taylor Hawkins moving into Hidden Hills home

March 9, 2012 - As many celebrities have been buying and selling in recent months, The Los Angeles Times reports that rock star Taylor Hawkins and his wife Alison may need movers for their new home in Hidden Hills, California. The property was previously owned by Howie Mandel, host of television's Mobbed, and was originally listed for $3.099 while is was sold for $2.7 million.

Hawkins has been the drummer for the Foo Fighters since 1997 and previously played and toured with Alanis Morissette. The couple previously lived in Topanga but are reportedly relocating for a bigger home.

The Times reports the property sits on more than an acre of land and has both a main house and a guesthouse. The separate guesthouse has two bedrooms while the main home has two master bedroom suites and five other bedrooms. Together, the homes offer more than 7,000 square feet of living space.

The longtime residents of Southern California are said to be ecstatic about moving boxes into the home and enjoying the property's horse facilities and swimming pool.
