Entrepreneur Kimora Lee Simmons moving out of Beverly Hills home

June 1, 2012 - Celebrity real estate sites are buzzing about Kimora Lee Simmons. While the fashionista paid $5.9 million for the home back in 2007, she has reportedly listed her home in Beverly Hills for sale with an asking price of $4.65 million.

Simmons was previously married to the founder of hip-hop label Def Jam, Russell Simmons and went on to start her own fashion line. She has also had small roles in both television and film and now stars on her own reality show Life in the Fab Lane. Simmons has earned the title as author with her book Fabulosity: What It Is and How to Get It.

The home offers 5,923 square feet of living space including six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. While sites criticize the home's exterior, photos of inside show a well-designed, contemporary estate. Some notable features of the house include a newly remodeled kitchen, a secret third floor and multiple fireplaces. Outdoor amenities, including a pool and patio, may also convince potential buyers to hire movers.

It has not been reported if Simmons will be relocating to another home in the Los Angeles area or if she will move out of the city entirely.
