Edie Falco moving out of New York City condo

June 5, 2012 - Celebrity news sources report that actress Edie Falco may be needing moving services as she has listed her condo in New York for sale. She reportedly purchased the home back in 2004 for $3.8 million, while it has reappeared with a $5.5 million price tag.

Falco has starred on many television shows including Law & Order, Oz, Nurse Jackie and may be best known for her role on the HBO series The Sopranos. The actress will also need moving boxes for her four Emmys, two Golden Globes and five Screen Actors Guild Awards.

The condo is located in the lower Manhattan neighborhood of Tribeca, and offers 3,000 square feet of living space including four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is also an additional 950 square feet of outdoor living space provided by two terraces. Other notable features of the home include 12-foot ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, top-of-the-line appliances and floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors.

While it has not been reported where Falco will be relocating to, she has recently been selling much of her New York real estate. Celebrity real estate blog The Real Estalker notes she sold a West Village townhouse for $3.495 million to singer Paula Cole.
