Bea Arthur's former home up for rent

March 28, 2011 - Tenants with enough cash could find themselves moving to legendary actor Bea Arthur's Los Angeles home.

A representative of the "Golden Girls" star's estate has reportedly listed the home for lease at $32,000 per month, sources told Real Estalker. The tenant relocating to the home would enjoy a five-bedroom, five-bathroom property atop a sprawling four-acre lot, while the report added that much of the home underwent renovations as recently as 2007.

The property features at least four guest suites, two offices and a massive bathroom with a fully-outfitted jet tub and steam shower. Additionally, the blog reported the home includes high ceilings supported by exposed beams, marble countertops in a newly reworked kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. The renter unpacking their moving boxes in the home would also enjoy a three-car garage, swimming pool and tennis courts.

Arthur won a bevy of Emmy and Tony awards in her lengthy and impressive television and stage career, but she gained perhaps her most endearing notoriety as Dorothy Zbornak on "Golden Girls." She passed away in April 2009 at the age of 86.
