Another Glee star buys in California

April 25, 2012 - Celebrity real estate blog The Real Estalker reports that Lea Michele has purchased the Los Angeles home owned by celebrity photographer Norman Jean Roy.

The news comes just days after fellow Glee cast mate Kevin McHale spent $1.025 million on a modern home in the Hollywood Hills. The actress reportedly paid $1.4 million for her new pad and should be moving boxes in some time soon.

Michele is best known for her role as Rachel Barry on the hit television series but she has also starred in Broadway classics including Les Miserables, Fiddler on the Roof and Ragtime. The blog says she makes between $40,000 to $45,000 per episode.

According to the source, the single-story estate sits in the Hollywood Hills and was built in 1920, offering the celebrity 1,805 square feet of living space including two bedrooms and two bathrooms. She will also likely enjoy other upgraded features of the home including a heated saltwater swimming pool and a lush green backyard. The television star will be moving into the same area where celebrities including Lauren Conrad, Dylan Walsh and Dustin Lance Black all own homes.
