Heroes star Todd Stashwick sells Laurel Canyon house

November 3, 2011 - Todd Stashwick, known for his role as Eli in the show Heroes, sold his home located in the Laurel Canyon neighborhood of Los Angeles for $816,000. Stashwick also starred in The Riches. He and his wife originally listed the home back in 2010 for $1.249 million.

The home has previously passed through other Hollywood hands including Jeff Perry and wife Linda Lowy of Grey’s Anatomy. Perry played character Thatcher Grey and Lowy was the casting director for the show.

The couple made major renovations to the property built in 1922 by expanding the home to 2,682 square feet. They then sold it to Kathy Busby of Turner Broadcasting in 2003. The Stashwick family purchased it from Busby four years later for $1.25 million.

The home currently has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Outside, the property features a rock-bed stream, children’s playhouse and a 200-year-old oak tree. Photos of the home showcase open and sun-lit rooms complete with a wood-burning fireplace in the family room. The master suite also has a fireplace and a balcony overlooking the outdoor seating area.

There is still no word on who will be moving boxes into Stashwick’s former home.
