Pattern Selection
You must choose a pattern you like and one that works in the room you plan to paper.

If you plan to hang the paper yourself, be sue the pattern you choose is appropriate to your skill level.

Consider the following when selecting a pattern….

  • Vertical stripes or patterns to make the ceiling higher

  • Horizontal stripes or patterns seem to widen a room and lower the ceiling

  • Dark colors make a room seem smaller

  • Light colors make a room seem bigger

  • Large patterns look better in large rooms

  • Small mini prints on a paper suit smaller rooms
