The movers have arrived and the day has come for you to say goodbye to your family and friends. You will likely feel uncertain and ungrounded at times. Moving is a big step at any age, but is a process which gradually becomes more difficult as you get older because you are leaving more behind - close friends, routines and possibly a girlfriend or boyfriend.
