Using the Internet to Advertise Your Home Sale

You can also advertise on the Internet. Up to 20 percent of buyers come from this marketing ploy. Realtor.com is the most popular site visited on the web by potential buyers with up to four and a half million visitors per month. It is recommended you include a picture of the home. You may also submit a virtual tour with your advertisement. This helps buyers decide if they are interested or not and you then only get the people who are really interested to come and inspect your home.
