Discount Brokers have cropped up recently. The services offered are much less than at a broker’s; however, the cost is also less. You may be given the MLS listings for the homes in the areas you are looking for, but you will have to set up your own appointments for viewing potential homes and to write up your own sales contract. So be prepared to work hard for those extra savings.
