Gluing it Down
The sheet vinyl flooring needs to be glued down properly. Here’s how.
- Roll about half the sheet loosely
- Spread the recommended adhesive around the edge of the room wherever a seam will lie with a V notched trowel.
- Let the adhesive set up form about 10- 15minutes until it gets tacky.
- Unroll the flooring over the adhesive
- Press the underlayment against the flooring using a rolling pin.
- To ensure a solid band of adhesive under both pieces for flooring, use a seam on each seam.
