Sunday, February 13, 2011 - Cushion Backed Carpet is easy to install and it's very similar to sheet vinyl. This carpet can be cut with a utility knife and the adhesive is easy to spread with a trowel and it takes a few minutes to dry so you have time to reposition the carpet if it moves.
